When I stepped into a Montessori classroom for the first time, I felt total peace. After learning more about the classroom and curriculum, I felt a calling to pursue a career in Montessori education. After working for two years as an assistant teacher in a Montessori classroom, I discovered the magic within the child. The experience motivated me to start my Montessori training at Montessori Education Center of the Rockies in Denver, which I completed in summer 2024. I joined the faculty at School in the Woods Montessori in the fall of 2024, working as an intern to complete my practicum and grateful for the opportunity to learn from the school’s experienced staff as well as from the children in the classroom.

In my free time, you can find me outdoors, traveling, or spending time with loved ones.
